## ✅ Moved Forward
**iOS Toggle Screen — Ship Review at the finish line (DRI)**
A full week of build-and-iterate. Alex addressed all remaining Ship Review feedback through Apr 9 (GJ13, AB1–AB3 fixed, PR comments resolved). New builds posted this morning (Apr 10) across all cohorts (A/B/control/rebranded). Alessandro confirmed all his reported issues are fixed and asked Gary and Costas to give final sign-off. Awaiting 2 approvals.

## 🔄 Didn't Move
**CI failing test: `testWhenTabWithConnectionLostError...` — OVERDUE (due Apr 9)**
Sam asked Alex to investigate on Apr 8 ("looks like a flaky test — unreliable runner connection"). No response or close yet. This is sitting in Apple CI Failing Tests inbox. Likely next step: reproduce locally or check runner infra; respond to Sam.
**Design Review: Blinking Address Bar — OVERDUE (due Apr 7)**
Still open in macOS Release Board inbox. No comments found in DB. Why stalled: likely queued but deprioritized as Ship Review consumed the week. Next step: schedule or complete the design review, or push due date.
**macOS Fire Window animation — STALLED (no activity since Mar 23)**
Dominik opened a PR for Alex to review on Mar 23 and noted Alex may know edge cases. No close this week. Why stalled: PR sits waiting for Alex's code review. Next step: review Dominik's PR and approve or comment.
**Feature flag: warnBeforeQuit — OVERDUE (due Mar 13)**
No activity since Mar 14. Related to "Remove or re-evaluate Warn Before Quit pixels" (due Apr 24). Why stalled: deprioritized. Next step: assess if feature flag can be removed now or needs the pixels task first.
**Follow-up: remove autocompleteTabs from Privacy Config — OVERDUE (due Mar 12)**
No activity since Mar 12. Why stalled: likely waiting on a Privacy Config release or forgotten. Next step: check if Privacy Config change was shipped; close or re-date accordingly.

## 🔗 Open Loops Carrying Forward
**Ship Reviews in progress**
- iOS Toggle Screen Ship Review (due today) — Alessandro ✅, Gary ❓, Costas ❓. Two approvals still outstanding. This is the critical open loop going into next week.
- Ship Review: Pull Request(s) (subtask) — Alex requested Alessandro's approval Mar 20; Alessandro confirmed build is good today but formal subtask approval not yet recorded in DB.
**Tech Designs awaiting re-review**
None.
**Delegated tasks overdue**
- Calibration for EP2/3 reviews for Apple engineers (assigned to Christie) — due Apr 3, now 7 days overdue. Follow up with Christie on status.
**Incidents without postmortem**
None identified.
**PFRs awaiting decision summary**
None identified.

## 📅 Next Week Setup
**TP Suggestion:** `Ship-Review: iOS Toggle Screen` → **close it**.
Alessandro confirmed all issues fixed today. The review is past its Apr 10 due date. The single highest-value action next week is securing Gary and Costas's final approvals. Post a summary comment Monday pointing to Alessandro's confirmation and explicitly request their sign-off. This has been the TP for several weeks — it needs to ship.
Once closed, shift TP to: `Follow-up: add support to restore onboarding state for duck.ai non-experiment flow` (created today, no due date set yet — set one).
**Upcoming rotation**
None starting next week.
**OOO watch**
Alex was AFK Apr 8 (sick). No upcoming OOO identified for self or close collaborators.
**1:1 with Dominik — Tuesday Apr 14 (4 days)**
No agenda items added yet. Key items to bring based on this week:
- Ship Review final status — closed or still blocked on Gary/Costas?
- macOS Big Sur EOL direction — Dominik narrowed scope today (two issues closed, two won't be addressed). Does this task need a formal scoping update or can it close?
- Calibration for EP2/3 — Christie is 7 days overdue; flag if she needs a reminder or extension
- CI failing test — Sam flagged for Alex; update Dominik if it's a systemic issue

## 🏆 Wins
1. **4 PRs merged, 2 Ship Reviews closed in one week** — duck:// iframe crash fix, debugDescription crash fix, value transformer pixel, iOS toggle pixel definition. Plus Bookmark sort and copy-email Ship Reviews out the door. High-throughput week despite being sick Apr 8.
2. **iOS Toggle Screen Ship Review at the finish line** — After 7+ weeks of iteration (first Ship Review opened Feb 18), Alessandro confirmed all issues resolved today. The experiment is built, all cohort builds are live, and final approval is within reach.
3. **Unblocked the Duck.ai experiment** — "Expand Duck.ai path to unblock experiment" shipped Apr 6, enabling the A/B experiment that the Toggle Screen work feeds into. Direct enabler for the team's O-N objective.
