The umbrella project iOS Address onboarding conflicts with unified input and ship AI onboarding winner drove the entire week. Daily status comments from Alex track tight execution:
- Mon Jun 1: Persist 'You've got this' dialogue started; scoped larger than planned (needed in two places — NTP and over UTI omnibar, with multiple dismiss-logic cases), shifted to Tue.
- Tue Jun 2: Persist dialogue ✅ completed — PR up. Hide "stop chat" button [0.5d] merged ✅.
- Wed Jun 3: Comments on Hide Free Plan task addressed. Try Visiting a Site: Background implemented ✅ — PR up. Merge conflicts in #5145 blocked Ship Review same day.

TP Suggestion: Ship AI onboarding winner (Treatment B) [0.5d] Reasoning: The Ship Review (#1215009192158961) is due Mon Jun 8. Alex is partly AFK Jun 8–12 for WWDC but can still act asynchronously. The experiment needs to be concluded by Jun 15 — that window closes fast. Fixing #5145 CI (3 failing checks) is the critical path. If the SR clears Mon and #5145 is merged before AFK, the entire onboarding cluster is shipped cleanly before vacation.
TP alternatives: Ship Review: iOS Address onboarding... if reviewers need follow-up on Mon before AFK.
Rotation: None starting next week. Maintenance rotation tasks (Daily Status Mon-Fri) are currently overdue — check if a new rotation week is due.
OOO watch:
