### Caveats
- **STEP 1b skipped (DB unavailable):** `envdir`/`psql`/`/etc/ddg/dbenv` are not installed on this laptop — direct `at_mention` story queries against the internal Postgres only work on internal automation nodes (per `~/.claude/rules/postgres.md`). Any @mentions on tasks outside Alex's `my_tasks` scope since SINCE will not have been caught here. Re-run from `use-internal-automation1` for full coverage if needed.
- **STEP 0 live calendar check blocked:** `outlook_calendar_search` was blocked by the lethal-trifecta hook on this surface. Fell back to status.md + snapshot — Saturday 13:37 local with no scheduled meeting; not Tuesday 15:00 Dominik slot; Apple Weekly is Jun 2 not today; current app is Zulip (not deep focus). Focus check passes.
